      How to Use GRACE Lift™

      • Step 1: Prep

        Peel off the backing and apply to clean, dry skin — no lotion or oils.

      • Step 2: Position

        Center the Grace Lift™ over your nipple, lifting tab facing up, and press to adhere.

      • Step 3: Lift & hold

        Pull the tab upward to your desired lift, then press and hold 5 seconds to lock in.

      • Step 4: Secure

        Press down all edges for a seamless, no-show finish under any outfit.

        FAQs

        Small/Med fits A–C cups, and Large fits D–DD cups. Choose based on your usual bra size for the best fit and lift.
        Step 1:
        Remove from packaging. Peel the backing off the breast cover and apply to clean, dry skin — no lotion or oils.
        Step 2:
        Position GRACE Lift™ on your breast, centering the GRACE Nip over your nipple. The lifting tab should face upwards. Press to adhere the nipple cover portion to your breast.
        Step 3:
        Once positioned and secure, pull upward on the lifting tab. Once you’ve achieved your desired lift, press and hold for 5 seconds to lock your look in place. Smooth down all edges. Press and hold for 5 seconds to help secure the lift.
        Step 4:
        Adjust placement if needed to customize lift and cleavage for the outfit.
